What is it?
Powder-polymer painting is the main finishing action on the manufactured products. The process includes the construction of the production line and the chambers for preparation, painting and baking.
The cleaning and degreasing of the products is carried out in pre-treatment chambers, performing degreasing, phosphating, washing with industrial water and passivation.
Through these steps of the process, the products are cleaned of salts and other mineral impurities. Then the blanks are dried, electrostatic powder coating is applied and the paint is baked.
