Description
A laser cutting machine with a solid-state laser source TruLaser 3030 Fiber, purchased by Kostadinov Engineering Ltd., was awarded a gold medal at the 71th edition of the International Technical Fair in Plovdiv.
The technology, owned by Trumpf Group Germany, was awarded in the category “Electronics and Electrical Engineering. Information technology, Telecommunications, Office equipment”, with 7 more high-tech products displayed at the exhibition forum being awarded.
Key features of the TruLaser 3030 Fiber are the high flexibility and high performance of the model. The machine can cut steel sheets up to 20 mm with one cutting head.
Equipped with 3001 solid laser source, it is a suitable processing solution for both steels and aluminum alloys, as well as non-ferrous metal sheet material (copper, brass, titanium up to 6-8 mm), in addition providing extremely high performance of cutting thin sheet material.
The automated pallet changing system allows for minimal interruptions between the cutting cycles. TruLaser 3030 Fiber features high energy efficiency and is the second laser cutting machine operating in the company, which will allow to significantly increase the capacity to produce parts from sheet material.
